HI, everyone! I hope you love tea and friends as much as I do. And because of this love, I have decided that 2009 will be the year of the Friendship Teapots Celebration.
Beginning in January 2009, women across the United States will begin to share tea with friends, new friends, family and co-workers using special teapots I have sent them. There will be twelve of the Friendship Teapots and each of the original twelve women will keep them for the month of January, celebrating tea as often as they wish.
Before the end of January, they will pass the Friendship Teapots along to another tea person who will share tea throughout the month of February.
Before the end of February, they will pass the Friendship Teapots along to another tea person who will share tea throughout the month of March.
And so on throughout April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and ending in December.
Each of the women receiving the Friendship Teapots will get to keep their special 6-cup Friendship Teapot.
And each person who had one of the Friendship Teapots during the year will receive a 2-cup Friendship Teapot. To receive one absolutely free, all they need to do is to take a picture of tea anytime they celebrated with the Friendship Teapot. There is a small journal for them to write about their tea experiences in. Then once they pass the Friendship Teapot along to the next person before the end of the month, send the journal and pictures back to me (in a postage paid envelope) they will receive their free 2-cup Friendship Teapot.
There is no obligation to purchase anything from me or my website. Nor is there any cost for the Friendship Teapots.
So, why am I doing this? Because I love tea and friends! And to see where the Friendship Teapots travel each month and finally end up at the end of the year. And to hear about all the tea celebrations.

What fun! I (Nancy from PA)received the Friendship Teapot from Linda in KY early in August. I just completed having a kid's tea party, end of summer/beginning of the new school year celebration, with my niece and nephew and other neighborhood kids at the picnic table. The teapot is now winging its way to Marilyn in OR for the September tea. It has been fun participating in this unique concept. Friendship indeed! Can't wait to hear more about the yearlong adventure this teapot had!

I received the teapot today and have a teaparty planned for Sept. 10th. Would love to read what other teapots are doing and where they have traveled.
I received the Friendship Teapot from Phyllis in MI. Due to the renovations to our house, I took the teapot with me when I visited daughter, Melissa, in July where had our tea. I enjoyed participating in this traveling teapot adventure.

I received the friendship teapot from Marilyn and enjoyed it very much. It served many fun teas to friends --- and I was sad when it left. I actually missed it. Quite awhile back I sent you my journal and pictures, but never received the 2 cup teapot back. I would love it as a momento of a great experience. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in your fun program.
